"Worst! Follow-up to labs didn't occur even though new meds were prescribed. Billing is terrible. New charges keep coming and impossible to speak with someone (voicemails left with no return calls). Just awful."

"Just the worst front office staff I have ever had the displease of having to interact with. Stay away from this one. The front office staff clearly hate their jobs and take it out on the patients. They are rude, unprofessional, and lazy."

"I won't ever be taking my mom back to Erin Cain's office 1. Waited over an hour. Multiple people walked into room w/o masks 2. Didn't suggest meds for mom's Type 2 Diabetes 3. Made 2 referrals that were out of mom's insurance network 4. Phlebotomy Technician knew mom was allergic to latex but didn't have any latex-free gloves. "I had an appointment with a provider at this clinic that morning I was sick I could barely walk or breathe the reception is told me to come in to make an appointment before seeing the person I was supposed to see when I arrived I was told the Provider I was supposed to see After seeing the doctor Had left Early nobody said anything to me when the PA came in she was dressed extremely unprofessional ..."
