"-5 But you can't leave a negative number. Billing over 2 years is still a mess. Paid by UPMC. Sent it to a collections agency!!! Trying to get answers is awful!!!"

"Less than zero but they require a 1 star rating to post. Billing is a scam. They sold my medical information to pharmaceutical marketing companies. I’m filing complaints with all appropriate agencies and organizations and petitioning my local hospital and doctors to contract the service elsewhere."

"If I could give less than a 1 review I would. I received a bill in 2023 for imaging that they had not run through insurance even though they had my insurance information. They finally ran it through insurance and my insurance paid a portion and left me with a portion. I know because of my insurance explanation of payment. "I gave them a 1 star review a year ago. Here I am with another bill, I tried to speak with "customer service" (what a disgrace) about my bill and I can clearly see that NOTHING HAS CHANGED! I fail to understand why hospitals continue to use these people!"
