"Please look elsewhere for a good experience. Unorganized, poor communication with patients, and very poor scheduling. I waited over an hour to be seen for a scheduled appointment and when I arrived 15 minutes early was advised the PCP was no longer with the practice and would now be seeing a nurse-practitioner. I had to ask for assistance 2x after being placed in a room be myself for 20 minutes ..."

"I saw the NP Dawn 3 times in 2024, once via telehealth and 2 times in office. I have complex PTSD and anxiety, plus dealing with being the primary caregiver for my terminally ill 23 year old son. I requested something for anxiety in July and was in office drug tested, which I didn't know about until I saw my results on the Healow app, it was negative, I've never done drugs! I was given a 30 day supply ..."

"The medical group charges for everything!!!! Even for the follow-ups!! Please be careful with your lab work as it is not accurate and their results will scare you and you think your dying or in critical care. Plus, they OVERCHARGE and double bill!! So, please check your bills and reach out to your insurance!!! BE AWARE of this medical group!!!"

"Aside from lying about test results, they may be ok, although I won't be the one that they experiment on. And trust me, from my experience if they will lie about a test result, they will lie about everything. When I get a doctor, regardless of if I am paying out of pocket or paying via insurance, the doctor and his/her office are still employed by me, the patient and I will not be treated with the ..."
