"3 hours and we are still waiting to get a sports physical. This is ridiculous! But knowing Medical Center, they could care less. They control Bowling Green and we peons do not matter to them. "

"Arrived @ Med Center Urgentcare off Lovers Lane to get a Covid test for my wife and myself! Checked in @ 10:50 and waiter until 12:00 and went in and cancelled appointment! This facility should change their name to “Hardly Ever Urgentcare”! Nobody at this facility really cares about seeing people that need attention!!!!"
