"I called the Referral line and left 3 messages this week for my appointment with the cardiologist on Monday. It is apparent that no one responds to these messages. I guess I have to drive to the office to verify that the referral has been sent to the specialist. Sad."

"Been coming here for years!! One stop shop! EKG, chest xray, lab draws, well women exams, etc. Wait time can be horrendous, but show me a medical office that doesn't have a long wait time, lol. The doctors and midlevels are amazing; very knowledgable and inviting. BUT The other staff... hmm. most are so rude, its disgusting! It can be infuriating, but its not about them! so as long as you can ignore ..."

"This practice overbooks and your wait time is TOO long. Office Staff is very nice , competent and professional. ALL the doctors are concerned about your health except for Dr. Chai, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DISRESPECTFUL awful person."
