"Playing physician is a joke. I have insurance and opted to support a community service. When I first started they had reliable PA and Doctors. Now you can't get through on the phone in a timely manner. either there is a recording, or you're on hold for an ungodly amount of time. The physician wants to be a comedian, they act like they don't want to touch you, and "get this", he looks at you from ..."
