"I had a confirmed appointment and got to my appointment to sign in and was told that I owe $50, so I asked where do I go to setup the payment arrangement that I was told I would need, and the young lady at the front desk told me "First off I don't need the attitude ??!" (as if she is speaking to her child). I told her I don't have an attitude and that I just need to know where to go so I can complete ..."

"Doctors have been fine. Vicky in the billing department is horrendous. Doesn't understand the complexities of dealing with insurance, which should be instrumental in her job. Can be very rude if your situation is anything but very basic."
