"My wife had an incredibly distressing experience with this psychiatrist. She went in hoping to be heard and supported, but instead left the appointment in tears feeling dismissed and belittled. When she tried to show a short video to help explain how she was feeling (something that helps her communicate when words are difficult), the doctor flatly refused and said, “I’m not going to watch a video ..."
