"Urgent care, saw Dr. a few days after. Can't walk, spinal issue that is severe due to a double spinal fusion. It is now going on THREE WEEKS and this place can't even get me a referral to an ortho Dr. after my Dr. ordered a referral. Staff is currently on referral number 5 ! Have zero clue to what they are doing. They have zero quality assurance. They say they will call you - they don't. They say ..."
