"First time patient with flu-like symptoms. My PCP is always booked solid and I needed to see a doc on Saturday. The nice lady at the check-in desk was so friendly and quick to say hi. Those things make a big difference. I was in and out in less than 50 minutes (and 15-20 minutes was just waiting for the Covid and strep test to run).
