"Spoke with a staff member after being there 4 or more hours with my mom. Dr was supposed to call a prescription in to pick came by the local pharmacy and it hadn't been called in. Called to see why lady answered the phone with a attitude saying look were about to close so it'll be after 5 b4 it's called in and hung up."
