"Went in with a possible broken hand and after an hour, only two of the four patients ahead of me were seen. I was in much pain and asked for an ice pack. Finally, I was taken to an office. A young woman came and, without even looking at me or introducing herself, started asking me questions from a form in front of her. Took my blood pressure over my t shirt, sweatshirt, and jacket - doesn't accuracy ..."
