"Dr. John has a very special friendly and comfortable personality. He was concerned about my pain level and comfort the whole time. I was impressed with the way he worked with his assistant and treated her. "Staff was very kind, caring, gentle (when it was called for), Dr. Han and assistant was always making sure that I was doing ok. Checking to make sure if I was doing ok, they concentrated on my well being. I felt no pain during the needle stick or when the work was being done. I found a very good clinic to go to that has wonderful staff!!"

"I waited just over 3 minutes in the waiting room..the longest ever at McKenzie Dental Service! The speed and efficiency with which this place operates is very impressive. Two dental assistants greeted me by first name, asked how the holidays were...and I'd not seen them in a long time!
