"Dr. John has a very special friendly and comfortable personality. He was concerned about my pain level and comfort the whole time. I was impressed with the way he worked with his assistant and treated her. "Have seen Dr Shakespear for years very gentle for those who don’t like going to dentist I have also seen Dr Han and he’s amazing also"

"Staff was very kind, caring, gentle (when it was called for), Dr. Han and assistant was always making sure that I was doing ok. Checking to make sure if I was doing ok, they concentrated on my well being. I felt no pain during the needle stick or when the work was being done. I found a very good clinic to go to that has wonderful staff!!"

"I waited just over 3 minutes in the waiting room..the longest ever at McKenzie Dental Service! The speed and efficiency with which this place operates is very impressive. Two dental assistants greeted me by first name, asked how the holidays were...and I'd not seen them in a long time! "Great office. Have had two emergency situations, they got me in immediately. The assistants took great care of me, especially when I was in a great deal of pain. Front office assisted me in contacting specialist. I did not feel sales pitched to become a regular patient, although I already knew I would be. "Hello I had a tooth pulled and they are such caring people. I have had a few teeth pulled over the years in a different state and they always made me cry. But the dentist at McKenzie dental was so great and didn't make me cry. So I highly recommend them thank you so much."

"The technique Dr. Lee uses when administering injections for numbing is virtually pain-free. Today I had a crown and two fillings replaced and experienced no pain. Dr. Lee's assistant, Melody, was friendly and made sure I was comfortable for the entire procedure. McKenzie Dental makes their crowns in-house so there is no return appointment needed."
