"The quality of care and customer service at this office has significantly declined over the past two years. I’ve been a loyal patient since 2018, but I’ve finally decided to switch to a new dental provider. The wait times are longer than ever, the lobby is overcrowded with barely enough seating, and the dental staff seems rushed, making the experience feel impersonal and hurried."
