"If I could give this establishment a zero I would, very unprofessional, call center and front desk personal that answers the phone no professionalism what so ever, needs serious customer training from management, very condescending and lack of empathy for patients. As far as the billing process and department, it has been a circus. I specifically asked to be told what is covered under my insurance ..."

"The quality of care and customer service at this office has significantly declined over the past two years. I’ve been a loyal patient since 2018, but I’ve finally decided to switch to a new dental provider. The wait times are longer than ever, the lobby is overcrowded with barely enough seating, and the dental staff seems rushed, making the experience feel impersonal and hurried."
