"I received a text message from the collection agency for services rendered 18 months ago. I live at the same address and I never received a bill much less an itemized bill. A new Texas law requires health care providers to send an itemized bill before the account can be sent to collections. The itemized bill must contain "plain language descriptions" of the services provided. As of September 5, ..."

"Absolutely appalling behavior. Though they claim they sent out an invoice, like the other reviewers here, I first found out I owed them money from a debt collector. The person I talked to in their billing department was condescending when I attempted to validate the debt. Avoid MCD Pathology like the plague."

"First time I heard they think I owe a balance was when a collection agency came after me. Had I known I would have resolved it months ago with insurance. Not the first time I've had billing issues with them."

"Same issue with billing. I tried to see my account online, but it only allows for payment....it will not pull up an account, so you can't even see how much you owe, but you are magically supposed to know how much to pay. No way I'm providing a card number without knowing how much I owe. Ridiculous. Next thing I heard was from a collections company. No other statements received. This isn't that hard ..."
