"Staff is the worst! Receptionist sounds annoyed when she answers the phone and is rude when trying to talk to her anything. My therapist is either super late sending a link for a video session or calls and wants to move up the session by a few hours. Personally I don't like just talking on the phone, I want a face to face session via Telehealth. Trying to get into the office is a nightmare and then ..."

"I found this practice to be extremely difficult to deal with. The provider seems to not listen to me after the first visit and the front desk is not responsive. It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone at the practice from the start, even when I was calling with side effect concerns. I was l did not receive a call back because the provider was dealing with her over 26 (if I recall correctly) ..."
