"Staff is the worst! Receptionist sounds annoyed when she answers the phone and is rude when trying to talk to her anything. My therapist is either super late sending a link for a video session or calls and wants to move up the session by a few hours. Personally I don't like just talking on the phone, I want a face to face session via Telehealth. Trying to get into the office is a nightmare and then ..."

It was extremely difficult to get ahold of anyone at the practice from the start, even when I was calling with side effect concerns.
