"Here’s one: I have had pain and unable to walk without a noticeable limp for 6 months on a 24 year old hip replacement. I had X-rays and met with Dr. Matthys. He gave me the basic once over physical, then told me, “I don’t like to operate unless I see something that makes me believe it will make your life better. I don’t see anything. I think what you have is muscular in nature.” Humpf! The nerve! ..."
