"I recently visited this clinic with my child, seeking a referral to a dermatologist for a skin issue on his arm. Unfortunately, the experience was highly disappointing. Despite clearly outlining the reason for our visit, the doctor did not appear to address or fully listen to my concerns regarding the skin condition. "My husband's appt was cancelled, when he showed up for it. He has been going to this practice for several years. His provider left the practice. He was given an appt and found out it was just a transfer of care, so he had to wait for this appt., which was cancelled, when he showed up for the appt. We are beyond frustrated."

"I have no complaints with my PCP, Dr. Burkholz, but the support staff seems unable to adequately process prescription refill requests. Requests are either denied based on inaccurate information or ignored."

"My wonderful dr. left because of office politics. New dr.tried to take away my medication. Now insurance is continually sending me a bill even though I have double insurance. They continue to ignore me. Worst practice ever!"
