"Gart Toppin PA, is both mine and my husband's Dr. He has always layeredlistened, they always call us back if we need something. Very manageable. We are very happy with him and his nurse. Not sure who you saw but maybe it was just one that didn't mesh with you. It's possible and of course you can have the right to any review you want to give. Sorry you didn't like them. "

"Biggest waste of my time ever. Looking for a primary care physician. Ended up being talked down to by a pontificating MD with a god complex. NO to this group if you want to take part in your own health care and not be lectured by a pompous physician??"
