"Never again will I ever go to a Marshfield Medical Center! I was billed $500 for 5 minutes with the doctor. I visited this location in July with a fairly obvious case of pinkeye. I just needed some antibiotic drops. The doctor took one look at me and wrote the prescription. He was in the room with me for less than five minutes. I got the eye drops from the pharmacy and went on my way. I received ..."

"The clerical staff is rude and arrogant. They NEVER return a phone call. Why am I required to check in 30 minutes before my appointment. Why does Marshfield have no regard for my time they don’t care I get docked for having to leave work earlier then i have to. They would not check me in even though I get there early. But because I was going to the cafeteria to grab a sandwich and then come back ..."

"The facility is clean and professional looking. The staff is friendly and helpful. The Urgent Care center is awesome with excellent physicians & NP's. The clinic, otherwise, falls very short in patient follow up. It can take weeks to be notified of results, even on the patient portal. Significant results are often not communicated to the patient in a timely fashion. Summary: below average."
