"My mother is a patient. The young lady at the front desk name Asia is very rude. They don't answer calls, the hold time is long. I leave my number numerous of times, no lab work results If my mom is in their care, they shouldn't be rude to family members of the patient. I'm looking for my mom a new physician with professionals"
