"I had a confirmed appointment today at the Mars hill Center. I arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to my appointment and was taken back and weighed and had my vitals taken. I was then put in a treatment room to wait for the doctor -- Mr.Dana Jones was to see me. I waited for 40 minutes, speaking to no one during this time.
