"The clinic and staff are satisfactory but appointment scheduling is extremely annoying because of the wait which is sometimes so long that the system disconnects. Also listening to the awful music and repeated (mind numbing) message, "we are currently experiencing higher than normal volume, etc...." is enough to drive one to drinking or something."
