"Horrible. They never return phone calls; fail to call in labs necessary for follow up visits post surgery; impossible to reach even a receptionist. I finally drove to a local office to try to get lab work phoned in, but was met by a receptionist who didn’t have a clue about what to do and unwilling to even call anyone for assistance.
