"Tim is the best, everyone else sucks! I feel like Tom just rushes you out and the receptionist and her crew are the worse ever. I've never been placed on hold so much in my life. I sat in the office on a dead day one day and saw how they do business. They should not be in the medical field.Placing people on hold as they have personal conversations about food, vacations, etc. So lame... "
