"I've always had great experiences at Main Street. The Doctors and staff are awesome. I first had Dr. Rudo for a number of years before he retired and then Dr. Otto. I am very appreciative of the help they gave me and I highly recommend them."

"Awful. I have been a patient at this practice for 7 years, when Rudo retired they “doctor” I was assigned to, told me Rudo didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t believe my diagnosis (11 years after I had been diagnosed) and thought I was over medicated. She also told me a cup of coffee was the exact same as a stimulant. The doctor they sent me to after her, confused me with another patient and told ..."

"This is the best mental health care you'll find in Baltimore. Dr. Rudo (now retired) pinpointed the exact medications I needed. I had to work with him to do so, but he stayed in touch with me and worked to get me on the right regimen. His replacement, Dr. Otter, is an engaging and thoughtful doctor who listens carefully and makes excellent suggestions for improvement of issues relating to addiction ..."
