"Called the other day to schedule an appointment to get my shoulder looked at due to an accident that occured a few days earlier. The receptionist was extremely rude and ignorant first stating that I had not been to the practice in awhile. I asked her what that had to do with anything and the response I received is if you need assistance go to the ER we don't handle that here. I told her it wasn't ..."
