"I like Lankenau Medical Associates, because they use residents who are willing to spend time, getting to know you and your issues. Also with the medical center being right there..getting tests is convenient. Only negative may be that sometimes the residents get orders wrong and a couple times I had to walk down in the hospital to the office to get the test code corrected."

"The check in people are incompetent in that they cannot answer simple questions, such as providing a doctor’s phone number, unable to spell, and utterly rude: asking callers 5 questions before they offer any assistance. If they are asked to provide their name they transfer or disconnect the call. When I escalated the issue I spoke with the “practice care manager, Audrey” who was defensive and made ..."
