"My experience with Main Line Endoscopy Center was excellent. The staff and Dr. Kothari couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. I arrived and was taken back in short order. Upon awakening was given snacks and drink and Dr. Kothari explained how the procedure went and I was given instructions for the remainder of the day. "I am satisfied with the level of care I have received at this practice, but I do have a few pet peeves regarding some issues. I recently had a colonoscopy and the new facility is nice and the scheduling and text notifications were easy and efficient. I was frustrated that after my procedure the doctor forgot to visit with me. I heard him visit other patients, but I was not one of them. Also they said ..."

"The care I receive from Dr. Kothari is excellent. She is very thorough and never makes me feel rushed. She answers questions and explains my medical conditions and how to manage them effectively. The only reason I debated between 4 and 5 stars because the wait time usually goes beyond the appointment time longer than it should. I do get an apology when the doctor has been running behind. "I've been going to Dr. Callahan for about seven years now. It's always been a smooth, easy process to get in, and he's always been an attentive doctor who spends time with you and explains things. I really feel like we're partners in my care. And kudos to the online scheduling capabilities! It used to be months before I could get an appointment. This time, it was a week. That's efficient!"
