"No courtesy. No customer service. My sons doctor would pass him in the street and not even know it was him - I’m pretty sure of it. They treat you like just another number. You wait for ATLEAST a half hour NO MATTER how early you get to your appointment - and that’s just THE FIRST WAIT! If you are looking for a doctor for your child PLEASE look elsewhere. Your child deserves better."
