"One of the worst cleanings to date and I have been going to Dr. Mahoney for years so was very disappointed, My mouth has been sore for two months, Not a happy camper.... Not blaming the Dr. except that he should have noticed my teeth were not cleaned well."

"Would rather have 1 person other than the Doctor follow all the cleaning steps to completion. We (the patient develop a rapor, only to have that person leave, followed by another. I understand why you do that (so you can get more patients through the door, which generates more money coming in, but you asked for my opinion, so I gave you my thoughts."

"My first hygienist to perform on half of my mouth for root planning was rough and talked, ALOT. Plus she did a poor job of keeping fluid vacuumed from my mouth. I felt like I was being water boarded. Thankfully, she was sick for my second appointment. Nice facility, and front office staff. My second hygienist, (a per diem) did a great job. Very little pain, no water boarding, appropriate communications, ..."

"Overall the visit was fine but as I expressed to the different ladies I came in contact with it would have been nice to know that I was going to be seeing a different dentist. When you have been a patient/client of someones for over 30 years and a change happens, which I know they do, a heads up is always appreciated. Thank you."
