"Most incompetent front desk people ever. I arrived before my appointment time and signed in. Waited a half hour to get called up the desk and was told my insurance said I wasn't due for a checkup. Went back and sat down for 15 more minutes then was told that the insurance was ok. Then they said I owed a ten dollar copay from a previous visit. I said this was incorrect. They said they couldn't see ..."
