"I have a surgical appointment for Feb. 19 th that I have been trying to verify for 2 weeks with no return phone call. I have paid them $270.00 for the convenience of using their eye drops. I have called every number listed with no return phone call!! I have left over a couple dozen messages!! Have they scammed me out of $270.00?"

"Absolutely worst experience, I wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for a contact lens prescription, something that I've had my entire life and has never taken more then 45 mins to 1.5 hours MAXIMUM from start to finish. The staff and the actual doctor were nice enough but with an appointment time of 1:30, I got there at 1:15 (like they ask you to, theoretically, so you can start on ..."
