"I have been trying to speak to someone about why my minor child was allowed to be seen without my knowledge or consent. The documents were forged by her father and another woman was listed as the mother. I would not trust them with any minor child."

"Former patient. I stopped visiting them a year ago. The main reason is the place has poorly run office management. I have more than once now, had my card charged for the services of another unrelated patient. I haven't even been a patient for over a year and just had my card charged again for someone else's services. It's unacceptable for this to be happening anywhere. This a medical facility that ..."

"Been going for a year and still haven’t gotten meds that work. Although MOST of the nurses are understanding, the owner is a nightmare. He doesn’t respond to calls and doesn’t even try to adjust. For 10 months I was told my balance was zero. In November they call and say I have a balance. I told them at that time money was tight and I could only pay so much a month, which I have paid.
