"The nurse who put IV in me was not very nice, was a hard stick. The surgical team and anesthesiologist and after procedure care were great. The billing department is horrible. They tell you to pay your portion upfront. I of course could not, put a deposit down & asked for payment plan. Turns out I paid more and had to call and ask for refund. The billing office gave me hard time asking for the ..."
