"I am so disappointed and in disbelief of the customer service the receptionist from Madison ENT Facial Plastic Surgery provided. I had an appointment with Dr. Silvers at 2pm Friday July 26, 2024. The receptionists calls at 2:05pm, I shared I was 5 minutes away, I ran to some traffic.
