"This office is the worst. Even though we make phone appointments they call you once, obviously, you can not answer at the exact time their call comes in, one calls them back just a couple minutes later and they never respond. My mother and I have called 6 times with long long waiting times and ones get to the front of the line they make us wait another 59 mins or more to just hang up on us. Over and ..."
