"I have been taking my kids here for a while but really considering a new pediatricIan because the new front staff are very rude and unprofessional. This is a tough decision because Dr. Kotagiri knows my kids and is such a great pediatrician but I never want to experience having to argue with staff while trying to get my sick child seen. It was the worst experience ever. I asked to speak to the office ..."
