"The front office staff at Lubritz and Nasri is quite possibly the worst and most rude staff ever! We expected to have an appointment with Dr. Lubritz and waited 3 weeks for the appointment so that they could pull our records from storage. After arriving we were treated as new patients and told that we would see Dr. Say and not Dr. Lubritz! After three hours of filling out many pages of paperwork ..."
