"The office staff here is quote hortible; however, Dr Beck and his nurse were very professional and friendly. They explained everything to my father and I, including information about new meds. However when we checked out, the front desk personnel flat refused to give me the superbill with the med info on it or to make me a copy. Then she tried to make the next appointment for 2:30 in the afternoon ..."
