"The office/billing staff are rude and lazy. After being charged a copay for several visits I realized it should have been a zero copay. I called and they confirmed and said there is a credit and it will be refunded. After over a month of no refund I had to call again and they said they would issue for my account but not my husband's or daughters because there were pending claims. After calling claims ..."

"I saw Carlie J Bean NP on May 3, 2023. when I checked in for my visit I was not told that this office was no longer in network with Humana. They had lost they Humana network the day prior. When they sent me a bill for the co pay I called and was treated extremely rudely by the receptionist. And hung up on. I have since been trying to find another primary care doctor. "
