"The office/billing staff are rude and lazy. After being charged a copay for several visits I realized it should have been a zero copay. I called and they confirmed and said there is a credit and it will be refunded. "I saw Carlie J Bean NP on May 3, 2023. when I checked in for my visit I was not told that this office was no longer in network with Humana. They had lost they Humana network the day prior. When they sent me a bill for the co pay I called and was treated extremely rudely by the receptionist. And hung up on. I have since been trying to find another primary care doctor. "
