"It is old antique building in the heart of crime infested area. I visited Shelia Perkins NP 6/2021 at first she did order test I appreciate that. She is cold dry do not smile and biggity disrespectful I was homeless at the time she wrote about that. I did not give her permission to put that in my chart I believe she is undercover something or a wanna be investigator I asked about ANTINFLAMMATORY medicine ..."

"If I could give this place a "no star", I would certainly do that. There is no doctor in the building for healthcare on Fridays because they all take off that day--so why even advertise it. Friday is my only day off to get there, and I cannot get to the facility M-TH which caused missed appointments. This hospital and my primary physician WEAPONIZED the medicine that keeps me alive by completely denying ..."

"I stopped at the Labcorp lab to drop off already spun down and bagged bloodwork and requisitions only to be greeted with very little help from the two ladies that were sitting there doing nothing! Such a shame that they would rather send us on a wild goose chase around town for us to find another location close to closing time! Utterly ridiculous!"
