"The VA set me up with an appointment today at 10am. I showed up at about 9:30 in the cold and rain. Went in and asked the lady at the 1st desk where I should go and why I was there. She told me to go back into the cold rain, get in my car and drive around the building to where it says "labs" -I did that, checked in and waited for a long while. Finally, I was seen, and the lady said she has nothing ..."
