"I have hung up after being on hold for over 30 minutes and 15 minutes for two calls today. This is unacceptable. Much as I love my doctor, I am thinking of trying UHS to see if they answer their phones. "

"This is getting a little ridiculous, especially now that it’s part of Guthrie you try to call and you’re on the phone for an hour and still never get through to talk to anybody .They always cancel your appointments. I might have to start going to UHS doctors. unless they improve."
