"Poor customer service from office staff."

"My sister went to the dentist here and Bobby Hastings broke the tip of a drilling file off into her tooth/gum while she getting a root canal. The office refused to help pay the end-ontologist to remove the file tip. Furthermore, the tip was drilled so far into her gum that even the endontologist could not remove the whole thing. She is going back for a second visit, (not until September 24th) to attempt ..."

"I began using Louisiana Dental in Zachary a year and a half ago. I have been very pleased with their efficiency and service. Never a along wait and a thorough cleaning and check-up. My hygienist was very gentle with the sensitive area of my gums. The staff is very helpful and pleasant."

"I love this place but I refuse to schedule any more appointments with Dr. Patel. She is rough, doesn't explain the steps and doesn't provide any pain medicine after appointments. I called two days ago to request a prescription for ibuprofen and I am still waiting on that callback. I do not have these problems with any of the other dentist that work there. Do not schedule with Dr. Patel. Save yourself ..."
