"Sitting in waiting room now. Showed up on time and been here 2 1/2 hours plus. Still waiting to go in for procedure. Not easy when you're doing a prep."

"for some reason after waiting for a procedure for 3 month the office did not inform me of their procedures regarding transportation until the day before the procedure. I was there just two weeks before and they gave me instructions. But, that was not included. How do they expect patients to know if they don't tell them."
