"They do not run/check insurance until minutes before the appointment. Despite twice me asking them if they take my insurance. Twice they said yes clearly without checking properly. Came in 50 min early and 20 minutes before the appt I'm told they don't take my insurance. Knowing all that time I was waiting to be seen. She knew I was waiting in the car no one stepped out nor did I get a call about ..."
