"My family sees this practice. We love the dentists and hygienist. What I hate is they make you prepay for services and when they owe you money it takes several months to get a refund. We have been waiting close to 5 months for a large refund. I have called the office 3 times and still no refund. I recommend having a pre determination before treatment so they can't hold your money hostage."
