"You must make your appointment a year in advance. If something comes up and you absolutely cannot make that appointment, they will bump your appointment to 6 months later. The office manager never even asked if we were having any vision problems. They are rigid and uncaring. I recommended them to many friends. I will no longer do that. Long wait times and poor selection of frames. "
