"Very disappointed. I asked them to test a tick on my daughter’s scalp- they sent true tick into the lab and forgot to order the actual tests. They then gave her the wrong prescription (thankfully our pediatrician told us not to take what they prescribed) We went back for a follow up visit and for the non existent test results and they prescribed a different antibiotic.
